What methods can I use to deposit funds into my FxPro account?
Clients of FxPro Financial Services Limited can fund their accounts via one of the following payment methods:
Bank transfer
Credit/Debit Card (including Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro International, Maestro UK)
PayPal
Skrill

FasaPay (for Indonesian clients)

Clients of FxPro UK Limited may fund their accounts via Bank transfer and Credit/Debit Card.
Do you charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals?
Bank Transfer: FxPro does not charge any commission for depositing or withdrawing funds via bank transfer. You will, however, be charged by the banks involved in the process, depending on the amount involved.

Credit/Debit Cards: FxPro charges a nominal fee of 1.6% for the use of a Credit/Debit Card. However, please check below for some different charges depending on type of Card and County of Issue:
Credit Cards + MasterCards: 1.6%
Maestro Cards: 0.35%
UK issued Debit Cards: 0%
European Union issued Debit Cards: 0.35%
Others:
PayPal: 2.7% fee for deposits
Skrill: 2.6% fee for withdrawals
Moneta: 4% fee for deposits

VIP clients do not incur any deposit or withdrawal fees.
What currencies can I use to fund my FxPro account?
We are currently accepting deposits in the following currencies: USD, GBP, CHF, EUR, PLN, AUD, and JPY. If you transfer funds in a currency other than the one of your FxPro Vault, the funds will be converted into your Vault currency using the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Which method should I use for withdrawal?
It is our policy that any credit card deposits made within a 6 month period should be withdrawn to the card in question first, before refunding to any other method, even if other methods were used for funding. Kindly note that after withdrawing via credit card, any PayPal deposits that were made within the last 6 months should be refunded via this method too and finally any Skrill deposits made within the last 6 months should also be refunded via Skrill. Once all deposits from the above mentioned payment methods are fully refunded, you will then be able to withdraw to any other payment method of your choosing.
What is the recommended minimum deposit?
The recommended minimum initial deposit is 500USD for MT4 and MT5 traders, and 1,000USD for cTrader accounts. You may, however, deposit as little as 100USD each time.
How long does it take for my funds to be deposited into my FxPro account?
Bank Transfer: 3-5 working days approx., depending on your bank
All other payment methods: 10 minutes approx.
Once we receive your funds, they will automatically be transferred to your FxPro Vault.

How do I transfer funds from my FxPro Vault to my trading account?
You can transfer funds between your FxPro Vault and your trading accounts by logging in to your FxPro Direct (direct.fxpro.com if you are under CySEC, or direct.fxpro.co.uk if you are under FCA).
Click on the green ‘Manage FxPro Vault’ button on the sidebar. You will then be able to transfer funds between your Vault and your trading accounts using the drop-down menus on the top right-hand side of the page.
How do I withdraw funds?
You can withdraw funds by logging in to your FxPro Direct (direct.fxpro.com), where you should make a withdrawal request. To do this, click on the green ‘Manage FxPro Vault’ button on the sidebar. You will then be able to transfer funds between your Vault and your trading accounts, view your transaction history and make deposits or withdrawals to or from your Vault by clicking on the relevant link.
Our Client Accounting Department will receive your request and proceed within 1 working day.
Please be advised that the following policy applies for all withdrawals: If a withdrawal request is made within a 6-month period from the moment of deposit, Credit Card deposits must be withdrawn first, followed by PayPal deposits, followed by Skrill deposits. Once all deposits made via the three aforementioned methods are refunded, you will be able to withdraw via any other method you wish.
Which credit/debit cards do you accept?
Please be advised that you can fund your account with credit and debit cards such as Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro International and Maestro UK.
How long does it take to process my withdrawal request?
All withdrawal requests are processed by our Client Accounting Department within 1 working day. However, the time needed for the funds to be transferred will vary, depending on your payment method.

Bank transfers are ordinarily processed by us within 1 working day, it takes 3-5 days approx. for the funds to be credited to your account. However, please note that it might take up to 10 working days for your funds to process back through the banks to your card.
Under normal circumstances, Credit/Debit Card withdrawals are also processed by us within 1 working day, and it takes 5-7 days approx. for the funds to be credited to your account.
All other payment methods are usually processed by us within 1 working day.
What should I do if I have not received my withdrawal?
For withdrawals via Bank Transfer thats have not been received after 5 working days of making a withdrawal request, please contact our Client Accounting Department at accounting@fxpro.com, so as to provide you with a Swift Copy.
For withdrawals via Credit/Debit Card that have not been received after 10 working days of making a withdrawal request, please send a copy of your card statement to accounting@fxpro.com and we will contact the card processing company to investigate the delay.
How can I withdraw funds if the card I used to deposit funds has been cancelled?
After the cancellation of a card, banks are obliged to allow limited transaction types to take place, including refunds (NOTE: we transfer funds to your card as a refund of previous deposits). You should therefore withdraw funds to the card you used to deposit, even if this card has been cancelled. You can expect to receive these funds to your new card that is connected to the same account as the previous, cancelled card.
How can I withdraw funds if I have lost the card that I used to deposit funds?
If you have lost the card that you used to deposit funds and the account that the card was connected to is still active, you should make a withdrawal request using the old card number for the funds to be transferred to your card/checking account.
If, however, the bank account that your card was connected to has been closed, you should send an official letter to accounting@fxpro.com, stating that the account to which your card was connected has been closed. Following certain procedures, you will be able to withdraw funds using a different payment method.
How can I obtain your bank details?
To obtain the bank details necessary for you to make a payment, please log in to your FxPro Direct (direct.fxpro.com if you are under CySEC, or direct.fxpro.co.uk if you are under FCA) and click on the ‘Deposit Funds’ button, selecting ‘Bank Transfer’. Once you fill in the required details, you will receive a Bank Transfer Form via email which will include all necessary bank details.
Why has my Credit/Debit Card deposit been declined?
There are a number of reasons for why your credit/debit card may have been declined. You may have gone over your daily transaction limit or exceeded the card’s available credit/debit. Alternatively, you may have entered an incorrect digit for the card number, expiry date or CVV code, please verify that these are correct. Also make sure that your card is valid and has not expired. Finally, check with your issuer to make sure that your card has been authorised for online transactions and that there are not any protections in place that are preventing us from charging it.
How can I withdraw using Bank Wire method?
Kindly be informed that in order to withdraw using the Bank Wire method, you should first refund all of your deposits made by Credit Cards, PayPal and Skrill, within a 6 months period. If no recent deposits are available for refund, then please log in to your FxPro Direct and submit a Bank Wire Withdrawal. Please make sure that you will first provide us with a Bank Statement, stating all of your Bank details (Name, Account Number and Home Address).
